Ben Blacker is the Managing Director of Blacker Consulting, he has over 20 years working with Financial Institutions, Accounting Firms, Real Estates and Suppliers of Equipment throughout Australia and recently Internationally. His commitment on building a boutique Consulting Company is unmatched when it comes to knowledge, service, and the deeply imbedded relationship that are built within his existing client groups.
Ben has studied whilst working full time once he completed his senior schooling in 2002, once attaining his Bachelor in Business moved on to a Masters in Business Administration with Finance Major.
Ben started his professional career working for a Bank in the frontline as a teller, he quickly honed his skills into the lending aspects of banking and went on to run Branches, work as relationship manager for large portfolios and has also performed as an operations manager for one of the largest automotive funding teams in Australia.
Ben identified a persistent gap in the market— Clients not being aware of how financiers complete their assessment of businesses, key mitigants for any situation a business might be facing and the importance of having good support networks, financial brokers and business advisory firms around your business. He has a deep passion for supporting clients across key industries and understands the importance of business cash cycles particularly in industries such as Transport, Civil Construction, Manufacturing & Wholesale, Services to Mining and Agriculture, to name a few.
Driven by this vision, Ben set a goal to himself to become that knowledgeable and trusted advisor who clients could trust implicitly. This journey was marked by hard work, determination, and an unwavering dedication on putting his clients first.
Ben takes great pride in contributing to the success of businesses, both large and small.
